Merits and Demerits nature of words

Merits and Demerits said it has become the 2 things that should be lived and accepted by every decision. but in this case more often we call in the business world that says this will be the result of a company whether it worked or not and certainly one of them we received yet. if in this case education in graduate or do not know that signifies that the results of a study undertaken during the learning process takes place. may we always get the best of these 2 things.
